Forest House Natural Exterior Design - Best Practical Neck Air Conditioning Experience

I'm designing the exterior of our forest house using natural materials. I installed a rainwater harvesting system on the veranda that directs water to a storage tank under the house. This setup will handle our garden irrigation needs. Unfortunately, each year it's getting harder to cope with increasing temperatures and unbearable climate conditions, which is very sad. In this high-altitude area, I'm wearing sweaters in the mornings and evenings, but facing temperatures of 39 - 40 degrees Celsius during the afternoons.
