Thanks for checking out my previous video showing the build process of my 24x40 pole barn. I had so many questions about price, the builders, the concrete, posts etc... that I made this video to answer them all.
Here's a couple of the most common questions, in case you don't want to watch the whole video:
Total Cost: $26,600 total after tax. $3,900 of the total was for excavation, stone fill & leveling. If I did not have the concrete floor poured, it would have been $5500 less.
