1). В говорящем датском лесу жили разные деревья.
2). Все деревья не любили елку и смеялись над ней, хотя под ней любил сидеть Сказочник.
3). Когда срубили Дуб, Сказочник рассказал деревьям, во что превращаются деревья.
4). Все деревья подумали, что они превратятся во что-то лучшее ,а елка - в дрова.
5). Прошло время и срубленные деревья отправили на мебельную фабрику, а елка подумал, что ее - на дрова.
6). Но из елки вышла бумага, на которой напечатали сказки Сказочника.
Основная, мысль выражена в словах сказочника:
Впрочем, никто не знает, как может повернуться судьба. Одни, собираясь жить в веках, забываются ранее, чем увядают цветы на их могилах. Другие, живя скромно и тихо, ни на что особенное не рассчитывая, не думают о бессмертии, а оно, несмотря на это, приходит само. Не отчаивайтесь, некрасивая Елка! Как знать, может быть, все будет по-другому.
Главная мысль в том, что нельзя смеяться над слабостями других, над их неказистым видом, над всем тем, чем не обладают другие от природы. Надо любить за доброту, душевность, но нельзя обсуждать и смеяться, делая больно и неприятно. Нельзя быть грубым, надменным.
Сказка учит любить тех, кто вокруг тебя, сочувствовать, сопереживать и не думать, что раз красив, значит в этой жизни все легко и просто устроится. Иногда судьба больше всех благосклонна не к тем, кто внешне хорош собой, но к тем, у кого доброе, отзывчивое сердце, скромная и искренняя натура.

Who knows, maybe things will be different.
The main idea is that one cannot laugh at the weaknesses of others, at their unsightly appearance, at everything that others do not possess by nature. One must love for kindness, sincerity, but one cannot discuss and laugh, making it painful and unpleasant. You can't be rude, arrogant.
A fairy tale teaches you to love those around you,sympathize, empathize and not think that since he is beautiful, then everything in this life will be easy and simple. Sometimes fate is most favorable not to those who are outwardly good-looking, but to those who have a kind, sympathetic heart, a modest and sincere nature.
